Refund policy

 

Thank you for shopping at Miamon Cosmetics. Please, always check the product return info section for details on whether the item you purchased is returnable.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

A product return can be done within 15 days of the original purchase of the product with a deduction of 20% of purchase value (restocking fee).

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days.
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase and the product remains sealed.
  • Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

All goods will be inspected on return and we try hard to accept all returns. However, in the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are NOT refundable.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
